We first contacted Marsh Property Solutions (MPS) to come and renovate a bathroom that was previously done in 1998.

Professionalism and Conduct?

MPS responded in the most gentlemanly and polite way, they arranged a time to come and promptly arrived the same day.

Their conduct was always impeccable and remained so throughout the entire process.

Technical Expertise and Knowledge?

They assessed the bathroom and were very analytical and measured in their approach. Their high level of knowledge and expertise was accompanied with an equal level of communication with us. We engaged in a discussion on how to proceed with the bathroom and discussed a number of solutions.

Style of Work and Ethos?

MPS have an extensive background in construction with the owner having worked on a number of council funded projects during his career trajectory.

MPS appear to regard each job as a project with a vision and outcome focused on completion of high quality. They would communicate with us about potential ideas to improve the visual and practical aspects of the bathroom.

The owner of MPS would be in communication with his staff throughout the day. He would visit the house at the end of everyday to go over and record the work that his staff had completed and would discuss this with us and what the plan was over the coming days until completion.

Fair quote and final price for the job.

Approximately 10% deposit that included the skip, which they organised and recalled pre/post-work.

Full amount due (excluding deposit) requested post-work.
